Chocolate Cheese Lovers-Who's not?!
4 white milk chocolate bars
1 15 oz baking chocolate bar
2 containers whipped cream cheese
2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
Melt the chocolate. Add rest of ingredients and handblend. Refrigerate for an hour or so. Form balls. Dip in runny dark, mocha or white chocolate. Garnish as desired.
P.S. I would double the recipe....They are gone before you can even get the taste of them!!
