Grab a yogurt for breakfast or lunch,

Top with fruit & this extraordinary granola crunch!


4 cups old fasioned quaker oats

1 cup ground coconut

1 cup shelled sunflower seeds

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup oil

2 tsp. vanilla sugar

1 cup craisins

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/2 tsp. salt

9 oz. chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips. Spread onto a roaster pan.

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Add chocolate chips and bake for additional 15 minutes.

Cool before storing in containers.

Note: Keep in the freezer for that crisp to stay on. Enjoy
